Prior to visiting we emailed to ask if we could have a quiet table as it was a saturday evening and our son who is 10 was having dinner with us. When we arrived Abdul addressed us by our names and ensured we had a quiet table. He recommended the chef award winning dish which was delicious and definitely deserved the award. Having lived in London for 10 years we have finally found what we think is the best indian food in Shropshire. We found the food is fresh and flavoursome, not too oily and each dish actually tastes different. We were particularly impressed with the service too. We highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely visit this restaurant again very soon.

What a fantastic resturant to eat in, food the best by far in Shropshire, the staff like to get to know you,Abdul is such a superb host, how does he combine this with cooking all the dishes on offer?
When in Shrewsbury do not miss this resturant, we attend on a very regular basis and have never left disappointed or hungry.
See you soon at Cafe Saffron
