We were staying overnight in Shrewsbury and thought we would try the Cafe Saffron (not knowing the area.)
We were not disappointed, the food and the service was excellant......the choice of food on the menu was never ending (there was something for everyone's taste )needless to say the next time we are in Shrewsbury the Cafe Saffron will be the first port of call for a evening meal.

I was visiting from the US and had a wonderful dinner here with friends from Shrewsbury. The food was exceptionally tasty and the service was very hospitable. Abdul took very good care of us. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic indian food in Shropshire.

17 of us arrived late and exhausted, but euphoric, having completed the 3 Peaks Challenge. Abdul and his guys bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and served us so quickly and efficiently- much appreciated as we were all starving! The food was ***** and we all enjoyed it immensley. I, for one, will definitely return to this wonderful restaurant in a beautiful location

Had a takeaway and loved it, best curry i've ever had and i'm a big fan of currys! Very good fast service and polite staff. Thanks for a great experience. Shal be back soon!

We love cafe saffron!! And we can't believe there is only a 5 rating, should be 10
Service and food is excellent! Our regular restaurant! can not believe we are not horribly overweight from coming here all the time!
