We have visited Cafe Saffron twice this year and enjoyed superb food, excellent and speedy service from very friendly staff and a very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. We had a chat with Abdul who used to live locally to us and he is obviously passionate about his food which reflects in what is served to his customers. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and we will visit again when we are next in the area.

Staff were very friendly. We hadn't booked our table but staff made us feel very welcome. Food was good. Service was speedy. Toilets were clean. How an indian restaurant should be. I will certainly be returning in the near future.

Undoubtably the best indian restaurant in Shrewsbury and I now won't go anywhere else when I am up that way. The staff were exceleant and they actually looked like they enjoy their work and made me and my work colleague very welcome. Very tasty dining and very reasonably priced.
